It is here, the Second Annual Team Vance All-Spouse Dining-In! The theme for this year is Lip Sync Battle! The event is open to all spouses and significant others of Air Force active duty, reserve, retirees, civilian and contract employees associated with Vance Air Force Base. The Dining-In is a military custom that all branches celebrate and is one of the oldest traditions in the the Air Force. An official Dining-In is for the military member only and is a formal event with a presiding President and officer positions to organize the event (the Mess) and keep the evening flowing. There are many Rules of the Mess as well. The Vance All-Spouse Dining-In is not an official base function. This one is OUR event so we get to make the rules! This will be an evening of fun and camaraderie with our fellow military spouses. #71spousesrock
